Watch Live – Trump Rally in Corinth, Mississippi
Trump is scheduled to begin his remarks at approximately 6 p.m. CDT / 7 p.m. ET. Rally schedules can shift, so the actual start time may be later.
The Corinth appearance comes as Hyde-Smith faces Democrat Scott Colom in Mississippi’s U.S. Senate race. The latest public polling has shown a closer contest than Republicans are accustomed to seeing in Mississippi, including an Oct. 12-14 survey that found Hyde-Smith ahead 52% to 48%.
That late attention has brought national figures into the state during the closing stretch of the campaign. Trump is returning to Mississippi to campaign for Hyde-Smith as Republicans work to maintain turnout in a state that has remained reliably Republican in recent presidential and statewide elections.
Corinth sits in northeast Mississippi near the Tennessee border, making Monday’s rally another stop outside the country’s largest metropolitan areas as Trump continues an aggressive late-October travel schedule. His recent campaign swing has included stops in Georgia, Michigan, Florida, Iowa, South Carolina and North Carolina.
