‘Poor Memory’ Is the New Presidential Immunity

While Democrats scream about former President Trump’s pursuit of immunity via the Supreme Court, President Biden has already found his golden ticket.

The White House is pushing back hard on the idea that Joe Biden has a “hazy,” “faulty,” or “poor” memory, as the Special Counsel report investigating his handling of classified documents recently disclosed. They claim, almost in a unanimous focused-grouped talking point manner, that Biden is “sharp” and “on top of and in front of things.” Spatial relations aside, the cat is out of the bag on Joe Biden’s cognitive shortcomings.

The idea that a man who consistently lies, in public and on camera, about dates, times, and speaking to dead people, is “sharp” and on top of anything is preposterous.

As Jon Stewart asked this week, why don’t we video of Joe Biden “on top of and in front of things”?

So, that’s it then. There’s no way to bring charges against a man who cannot remember the crimes he may or may not have committed.

In that regard, Joe Biden has the ultimate presidential immunity.

He cannot remember which years he served as President Obama’s Vice President.

He cannot remember when his son, Beau, a pillar of his stump speech, passed away or even where. He can’t even remember that it was him, not the Special Counsel, that involved Beau’s name during his interview.

He cannot remember other details about documents he may or may not have used to help write a book.

He also cannot remember boxes containing classified information he may or may not have stored in his garage or other locations.

Back in December, when asked about Trump’s case regarding presidential immunity, Biden said there’s no reason why a President should be granted immunity:

President Biden said he “can’t think of one” reason for presidents to receive total immunity from prosecution, as former President Trump pushes for the courts to grant him immunity, Bloomberg reported.

Biden reportedly made the comment Saturday in response to a reporter’s question before he left the White House to travel to Camp David, where he’ll spend Christmas, according to the outlet.

At this point, when Biden says he “can’t think of” a reason for presidential immunity, he’s probably being honest. He cannot think of one and cannot remember what the reporter even asked in the first place.

Some officials, such as West Virginia’s Attorney General, are now making a legal argument for invoking the 25th Amendment based on Biden’s inability to be prosecuted but apparent ability to remain President:

One premise naturally leads to the next.

How can, in one breath, President Biden escape accountability for mishandling classified documents based on his “poor memory,” but on the other hand is still capable of holding office as the most powerful man in the free world? How can we be certain he won’t break more laws he doesn’t remember breaking? The square does not fit in the triangle-shaped hole. The math does not compute.

For Democrats to scream like incessant children that Donald Trump is seeking to become a dictator but then scoff at the now-documented notion that Biden is unfit and immune from accountability is a laughable joke.

The buck never stops on Joe Biden’s desk because he forgot where the desk is. And who’s Buck?

This is clown world America. As bad as Vice President Kamala Harris is, at least she can, we assume, be prosecuted if she commits a crime as her memory must arguably be better than  Joe Biden’s.
