Along with announcing their New Hampshire debate, CNN is also announcing they have teamed with the Tea Party Express to broadcast a Republican Primary Debate from Tampa Florida the first week of September, 2011.

Air Date: September 12th, 2011

Report from the LA Times:

WASHINGTON– CNN plans to host a Republican presidential primary debate next year with Tea Party Express, a political action committee that featured Sarah Palin at its events and is now raising money for a new advertising campaign against President Obama.

The cable news network announced Friday that it has teamed up with the Sacramento-based organization to co-host a debate in Tampa, the site of the 2012 Republican National Convention, during the first week of September. The event will focus on the economy and the size and scope of government.

Once again, the schedule if debates is filling up fast, probably much to the chagrin of the 2012 Republican contenders.

Check the Republican Primary Debate Schedule page for all the details.

  1. Who will be the moderator, and where can I send a DVD that corrects the prevalent misunderstanding about the most recent housing bubble? It is vital that the candidates and moderator study this DVD book in order for them to discuss the economy in a productive way.

  2. Everywhere I’ve looked to find tickets I am told to “Contact your local tea party co-sponsor for event tickets!”

  3. We would like to get tickets to the Tampa, Sept. 12, 2011 debate. Can you tell us how to get the tickets and when they will be available.

  4. The only way to increase private sector jobs is to create a market for American products. The only way this can happen is to eliminate all capital gains taxes and federal taxes on manufacturing. No one in Washington seems to understand the basics of supply and demand. Many of the tax dollars spent on the infrastructure is borrowed money and spent on Chinese products. American mills can no longer compete with Chinese steel mills to produce parts for bridges and re-bar for roads, for example. Washington has ruined American industry. What are the plans to bring it back? The lost revenue can be made up by eliminating tax breaks for special interest groups and ethanol subsidies.
