Durham Report Finds FBI Colluded With Clinton Campaign to Defeat Trump in 2016

The 306-page report released on Monday by Special Counsel John Durham reveals some damning connections between the Obama-era FBI and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.

Not only did the FBI, according to Durham, misuse and abuse shoddy evidence to attack Donald Trump in 2015-2016, but they did so knowing full well that the so-called “intelligence” was bought and paid for by the Clinton campaign. In other words, the FBI, at Obama’s direction, became a political arm of the Democratic Party with the sole intention of smearing Donald Trump as a Russian asset and trying to prevent him from winning the presidency.

For exposing these truths, Donald Trump was called a liar himself as the mere notion that some kind of deep-state conspiracy to destroy his presidency was preposterous according to mainstream news outlets.

The threat to democracy in this country is real and it’s being perpetrated by the Democratic Party against its political opponents by way of using the federal intelligence bureaucracy to attack and smear anyone opposing the globalist, left-wing agenda. It cannot be overstated how rampantly government power and authority have been misused and abused by the hands of Obama-era Justice Department and FBI officials for the purposes of trying to prevent and then overturn the results of the 2016 election.

Here’s some of the meat of the report as provided by ABC News:

Some of the FBI’s most controversial actions were largely based on since-debunked allegations provided by former British spy Christopher Steele.

“Our investigation … revealed that senior FBI personnel displayed a serious lack of analytical rigor toward the information that they received, especially information received from politically affiliated persons and entities,” Durham wrote in his report. “In particular, there was significant reliance on investigative leads provided or funded (directly or indirectly) by Trump’s political opponents. The Department did not adequately examine or question these materials and the motivations of those providing them before opening a full-scale investigation.”

In his final report, Durham alleges that the investigation into Trump in its early days was handled differently from how the FBI approached prior matters, including allegations of “foreign election interference plans” purportedly aimed at Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, which Durham’s team also examined.

“In short, it is the Office’s assessment that the FBI discounted or willfully ignored material information that did not support the narrative of a collusive relationship between Trump and Russia,” the report says. “An objective and honest assessment of these strands of information should have caused the FBI to question not only the predication for Crossfire Hurricane, but also to reflect on whether the FBI was being manipulated for political or other purposes. Unfortunately, it did not.”

So, Trump was right. He was right each and every time he claimed he was being spied on and persecuted for purely political purposes. He was right when he called the Russian collusion narrative a “hoax.”

Writing at the Federalist, John Daniel Davidson sums it up perfectly:

In other words, all of these senior officials, some of the most powerful people in the federal government, knew as early as the summer of 2016 that the Clinton campaign had a plan to whip up a scandal by falsely alleging collusion between Trump and Moscow. But all of them ignored this important fact when the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane around the same time on the basis of far-fetched claims that Trump was a Russian agent — claims that were made in the Steele dossier, a slapdash piece of oppo-research the Clinton campaign itself had paid for.

The FBI knew all of this, as did Brennan, yet they ignored it to keep Crossfire Hurricane alive, along with the narrative that Trump was in bed with Russia. That fall, the FBI used the baseless dossier to acquire FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign. All of this was eventually leaked to a compliant and incurious new media, and voila! Clinton’s Trump-Russia scandal was born — without a shred of evidence, and indeed despite significant evidence to the contrary.

They all knew. They knew it was based on lies, they knew it was based on falsehoods, speculation, and weak information. They all knew. but they did it anyway.

There should be charges to follow Durham’s blockbuster, but that won’t happen in our two-tiered system of justice. People like James Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper, for their direct roles in Crossfire Hurricane, will face no penalty for launching an insurrection to defeat Donald Trump.

Former President Obama will face no penalty, he had nothing to do with the day-to-day smear campaign against Trump, but he knew about it, and likely authorized it.

Hillary Clinton faced the consequence of losing the election which may be punishment enough for her bruised ego being stuck at home with Bill for the rest of her wine-soaked life.

But, it’s all old news, right? This is 2016 we’re talking about, ancient history. Except, it’s not.

Some of the same people are still in power within the FBI and other government agencies and they’re still performing the same duty on behalf of their party as they were in 2016.

With Durham’s damning revelations now out for the public to see, one has to ask what’s been going on with the Biden crime family cover-up as well? If the FBI, directed by the Obama administration and Clinton campaign in 2015, intentionally set out to smear and destroy Donald Trump as a candidate, did the same thing happen in 2020 with regard to propping up Joe Biden? The short answer is yes.

The corruption of the Biden family is now well-documented and it appears the upper echelons of the FBI have some of the same hands involved with a defensive mission of hiding information rather than attacking a political opponent as they did in 2016.

Information is power. Sometimes it’s pushing information, sometimes it’s concealing it. The FBI and the Justice Department, at times, engage in both depending on the game being played.

This is not an indictment of the rank-and-file FBI agent in the field doing work on terrorism or human trafficking, this is an indictment of the FBI as a politically-tainted agency working to interfere in the outcome of our elections.

It is revelations like this that further propel Donald Trump’s candidacy in 2024.
