How Do I Get 2016 Debate Tickets?

Many people are searching for debate tickets to attend the 2016 Presidential Debates between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. I have fielded several requests over email and I don’t have many good answers since ticketing information is tightly controlled.

Tickets are usually controlled by university which is hosting the debate and a small pool of tickets is usually available to the faculty and student body, very few public tickets are made available, if at all. Here is a breakdown for the upcoming debates and who to contact:

Monday, September 26, 2016 - First Presidential Debate
Contact the host university for ticketing information:
Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY)
Tuesday, October 4, 2016 - Vice Presidential Debate
Contact the host university for ticketing information:
Longwood University (Farmville, VA)
Sunday, October 9, 2016 - Second Presidential Debate
Contact the host university for ticketing information:
Washington University in St. Louis (St. Louis, MO)
Wednesday, October 19, 2016 - Third Presidential Debate
Contact the host university for ticketing information:
University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV)

Information is added as it becomes available.
