Las Vegas Massacre: Facts Aren’t Adding Up Yet

Las Vegas officials are urging the public to be patient with them, and let the investigation continue. The crime scene was massive, the connections from the shooter extend internationally, of course this investigation will take some time to get the facts right. However, it doesn’t preclude us in the public from looking at what has been released, and corroborating it with investigation leaks, and trying to piece some of this together ourselves.

An article appearing on ZeroHedge asked 16 questions that remain unanswered. Some of these questions are somewhat conspiratorial, and some are incredibly reasonable:

#1 Photos of Stephen Paddock’s hotel room have been leaked, and one of those photos appears to show a suicide note. Why hasn’t the public been told what is in that note?

#2 Were there additional shooters? A taxi driver reportedly captured video of an automatic weapon being fired out of a lower level window. A video from another angle and brief footage captured by Dan Bilzerian also seem to confirm that automatic gunfire was coming from a floor much lower than the 32nd floor room that Stephen Paddock was located on. And if you weren’t convinced by the first three videos, this fourth video should definitely do it.

#3 Why were law enforcement authorities discussing “another suspect on the fourth floor”, and why isn’t the mainstream media talking about this?

#4 As Jon Rappoport has pointed out, it would have been impossible for Stephen Paddock to kill and wound 573 people in less than five minutes of shooting with the kinds of weapons that he is alleged to have used. So why won’t law enforcement authorities acknowledge this fact?

#5 How in the world did Paddock get 42 guns and “several thousand rounds of ammo” into his hotel room without anyone noticing?

#6 How did someone with “no military background” and that wasn’t a “gun guy at all” operate such advanced weapons? Because what we are being told by the mainstream media just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. I really like how Natural News made this point…

Far from what the firearms-illiterate media claims, these are not systems that any Joe off the street can just pick up and use to effortlessly mow down 500 people. Running these systems requires extensive training, experience and stamina. It is physically impossible for a guy like Stephen Paddock to operate such a system in the sustained, effective manner that we witnessed, especially when shooting from an elevated position which throws off all the ranging of the weapon system.

Far from being a Navy Seal, Stephen Paddock is a retired accountant senior citizen with a gambling problem and a flabby physique. The only way he could have carried out this shooting is if he were transformed into a human superweapon through a magic wand. I’m calling this “Mission IMPOSSIBLE” because of the physical impossibility of a retired, untrained senior citizen pulling this off.

#7 Why was one woman telling people in the crowd that they were all going to die 45 minutes before the attack?

#8 Why did it take law enforcement authorities 72 minutes to get into Stephen Paddock’s hotel room?

#9 Why did Paddock wire $100,000 to the Philippines last week?

#10 Why was Paddock’s girlfriend, Marilou Danley, in the Philippines when the attack took place? Did she know what was about to happen?

#11 Was Paddock on antidepressants like so many other mass killers in the past have been?

#12 Why was ISIS so eager to take responsibility for this attack, and why was the FBI so quick to dismiss that connection?

#13 Apparently Paddock had earned millions of dollars “through real estate deals”. If he was so wealthy, why would he all of a sudden snap like that?

#14 Why did he move so frequently? It is being reported that Paddock had 27 different residences during his adult life.

#15 Why were nearly all of the exits out of the concert venue completely blocked?…

#16 Why was a country music festival chosen as the target?

Based on this list, I’m most interested in questions 3, 4, 6, 12, and 13.

On question 3, based on the press briefing last night, it sure sounded like the Sheriff was saying they believe there is at least one other suspect, but they don’t have evidence to prove that yet. Well, they must have at least SOME kind of evidence to make them think that. They might be withholding for fear of pushing this individual underground, we don’t know.

On question 4, we don’t know how many rounds he shot, and maybe he fired off into the hundreds and thousands of rounds using the “bump stock” modification which allowed the weapon to fire faster. I would think that based on analysis of the bullet trajectory it might be possible to determine where most of the shots originated from. This might yield clues as to whether there was more than one shooter.

On question 6, when unloading this many rounds in a closed space like a hotel room without adequate ventilation, the room would become unbearable to be in within minutes due to smoke (hence the fire alarm being set off). Then again, from accounts, the shooting itself lasted 9 minutes so maybe he unloaded what he could, and killed himself when the security guard showed up, and it didn’t become an issue. This is one of those “unknowns” that ties into whether there were more people involved as per question 4.

On question 12, the FBI quickly said he had no ties to terror, but ISIS has claimed him three times. They could be lying, of course, we have no reason to believe them unless they produce evidence. However, last night at the press briefing, the Sheriff said “all possibilities” are still being investigated. Which means, presumably, they’re still investigating possible ties to terrorism? It’s just interesting they shot it down quickly, but still appear to be investigating it. Furthermore, they have not shot down other things as quickly as that, so we just have to wait for more details. What’s more, the Sheriff mentioned the possibility of radicalization yesterday. What kind of radicalization? We don’t yet know.

Finally, on question 13, was he really as wealthy as is claimed? We don’t know that yet either. He wired $100k to his girlfriend in the Philippines. But he was allegedly a multi-millionaire. Why only wire $100,000? Why not $500,000? Or much more so that his girlfriend and family is set for life? Clearly he had money, being a high-roller, but what else is lurking in his financials? Perhaps this ties into him thinking he was going to escape, so he’d still need money to function after escaping? Don’t know, but the money trail is often revealing.

I’m sure you all have other theories and or questions, leave them in the comments below and tell me what you’re thinking.

why did he break TWO windows?
Did he first shoot out of window one, and then switch over to window two and back and forth?
Why and whatfor should he have done that?
Or was there (maybe?!?) another Shooter with him in the room?
And if yes - how did this second Person manage to escape? (or did NOT escape?)

    02) Breaking the two windows with a hammer from the inside, made the broken (thick!) glasses (debris) fall down on the sidewalk and the street right infront of the entrance of the Hotel.
    NOBODY NOTICED THAT!?!?
There could have been People hurt or even killed, by falling glass.

    03)
You say, it took the Law 72 minutes to encounter him.
WHY THEN DID THE SHOOTING STOP AFTER (in that case "only") 9 minutes??
WHAT WAS GOING-ON THE OTHER 63 MINUTES??
    May we ever know........?

    04)
    48 Guns. Rifles. Long-arms
I am not questioning how he brought them in
My question is: HOW DID HE MANAGE TO HIDE 48 LONG-GUNS FROM THE MAID?
    THATS 48 TYPICALLY GUN-CONTAINERS !! Its not 48 Revolvers!

    05)
Where and when did he buy thousands of rounds?
Had he planned declare war on Guatemala?
    Who modified his rifles?
Who showed him to use them?
Who showed him to use them against his fellow Citizens?
    So many questions,
So many - un-answered questions make me come to the conclusion.......

    06)
    Sorry Folks.
By now I dont even believe, this Guy was the Shooter
I fear, he was deadly VICTIM
And not "number 59" as reports say,
He may have been:... VICTIM NUMBER ONE
Which leads us to another question: VICTIM OF WHOM?
WHO PULLED THE TRIGGER ON HIM?

      • Hi ManoDestra,

the answer to your short question is even shorter: YES !
        CONSPIRACY THEORY !!

        • Your comments are a disgrace to the victims of this tragedy and you can be safely disregarded forthwith as a waste of time.

    • When you go from asking the question to asking the question and manufacturing an answer, you're off the rails.

The maid didn't come in the room, just hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door, legally they can't come in. Simple answer.

He broke two windows to have more things to shoot at, maybe the fuel tanks.

He likely broke the windows and immediately started shooting which took the emphasis off falling glass.

Your question 5 is easily answered. Buying thousands of rounds is easy for anyone. Buy online, in store, where ever. Buying in bulk is normal. It seems he'd been collecting/using firearms for decades so he was familiar with them, this wasn't something new to him.

The real unanswered question is motive, which authorities haven't yet released. Was it gambling issues? Was he sick of the high roller life? Was he radicalized? Was it something else?

      • Hi Nate, how are you?

Look, I am not (NOT!) manufacturing an answer.
Just coming to my own, individual conclusion, based on available information.
        And "off the rails"...??
        You sure about that....?
Time will show, who is "off the rails"
We will see, if, and how far "off" I was ( or am)

        "Simple answer" you say.
        Simple answer indeed!

The Maid did not come in, cause of the DO NOT DISTURB-Hanger(?!?)
Three days, 24-hours(!) "DO NOT DISTURB" on the door.........?
Without making the bed, changing towels, cleaning the bath....?
        Still "normal procedure"?
But, OK! I can accept that, even when I cannot imagine a real-life situation like this.

He broke "more" windows to have "more things" to shoot at....?
        "maybe fuel tanks"
But he did NOT shoot fuel-tanks ......or did he....?
        So WHY BREAK TWO WINDOWS?
Why un-necesarily doubling the risk of getting caught just for breaking windows?
        (BTW: Which Fuel-Tanks?)

        The "emphasis" of falling glass?
        Emphasis??
I believe, there is more to it, than just that

If only ONE PERSON would have noted AND REPORTED(!) falling glass!
Logical AND INMEDIATE CONSEQUENCES would have been (MUST HAVE BEEN!) that Hotel-Security figured out, from where (what floor) the glasses had come and;................ ...................................................VOILA....!
        FLOOR 32 !!

(Why is it, that noone mentions that detail? The falling glass. Is it really that un-important?)
(In my opinion THAT COULD HAVE PREVENTED THE WHOLE MURDERING OF PEOPLE THAT NIGHT)
(But, as I said: Just my personal, individual opinion)

You say, he was a Firearms-Collector.
        Right, maybe so.
Collecting Firearms just for the purpose of collecting them, is ONE thing.
Using them on training-grounds and/or killing animals, a slightly other.
BUT: Using them, killing People, a very, very diferent one.

        And YES!
T H A T MUST HAVE BEEN (and WAS!) VERY, VERY "NEW" TO HIM

        Sure there will be questions.
People will ask questions, and the Law itself does not anything else, than asking questions.
And automatically, as long as there are no satisfying , logical answers, one "comes to answers" by one himself. (The Law does exactly the same thing!)
        Nothing wrong with that.
I am not doctrinating my opinion to noone.
Thanks for your comment Nate, have a nice day.

        PD:
it is said, he had cameras installed.
Video-cameras in his room and OUTSIDE(!) his room.
        Cameras requiere Monitors to watch
        Cables to conect both

        Cameras in his room?
        To tape himself, killing People?
For whom to watch..........? For the Law?
He could have been pretty sure, he does not come out of this alive!
        And..............
Did he have the time and could he still spare attention, to watch monitors(!) while shooting, killing People?
Running, between two - distant - windows, loaded with rifles and ammo.
And still watch - at least(!) the monitors wired to the cameras mounted at the Peep-whole and the Service-Cart)
        Killing People and watching Monitors?
        Tough Guy!

One of the cameras he had mountet at the peep-hole in his door and another surveillance-one mounted on the service-cart in the hallway.(?)
        On the Service-Cart???

        My cuestions are:
Did noone notice the camera on the cart?
Was the camera wired? Cables coming out of the room? Under the door probably....?
Hotel-Security did not find that - lets say - at least a bit weird?
And three days (and nights) noone moved that cart?
(or did he install all that surveillance system just minutes before he broke the windows and started the shooting?)

        You see, questions, questions, questions.............
They try to fill a whole giving one answer - and open two others, leaving more questions un-answered

        Have a nice day

  • We need to stop questioning all the why’s and wherefore’s of Paddock’s actions. There are no saving graces for what Paddock did, including taking his own life. The question all Americans should be asking is “how can we prevent anything like this from happening again”.

We need to cease selling military assault weapons and all the little goodies that can be used to alter guns and bullets to make killing civilians easier. Any US citizens should, by law, be stopped from collecting mass arsenals. We have a capable, armed police force plus military re-enforcements to protect us. Another plus, we all have rifles and pistols in our homes for personal protection.

Stephen Paddock’s father was a bank robber, Benjamin Hoskins Paddock. The father was certified by the FBI as “psychopathic, armed and very dangerous”. Terms that could also be applied to his son, Stephen Paddock.

    • Why not ban All Guns? All this talk of banning any type of gun is a Waste of time. It Will never happen. Slight changes will be made. That's it.

The NRA and others will say "Bombs could have been used/Trucks, etc."

Steve Wynn said after 11 hours posted signs reading "Do not disturb" Are investigated.

High rollers are given special treatment. This Nut was given too much.

      • Special treatment is an American trademark and one finds it in all the ways we spend our money. If you buy a new car every year from the same dealer…you get special treatment. If you remember to tip well…special treatment awaits you. If your donations are large enough you get special treatment from politicians, from any charity or any church, from people in the community. And you’re right, high rollers also get this special treatment.

You notice that Steve Wynn neglected to admit if Paddock had or had not frequented his gambling MGM casino. But he did say “Paddock had the most vanilla profile one could possibly imagine and he was a modest gambler by Wynn Resorts standards”.

Clear your mind. I have never suggested or implied that all guns be banned. I just don’t believe one, in civilian life, needs guns of the continuous repeating caliber for self-protection. Those type of guns are meant for military use. If you cannot kill a lion or an intruder with one shot, two at most, then you need to spend some time at the gun range learning how to perfect your aim.
